ISO 2 for Tor show tonight, disappointed by another fan

Hoping someone can help me out with a pair of tickets for tonight had arranged with another fan to get 2 tickets. But this has fallen through. Supposedly they returned the tickets to Ticketmaster (???) even though we had made arrangements to pick up outside venue tonight please help me!

    There are tickets on ticket master right now. They are not great but they are in the building.
