Bootleg Question

I purchased the Tampa 4/11/16 digital download. The order appears in my order history as "Shipped", but there is no link to download anything. I ordered last Saturday, still nothing there this morning. E-mailed support a couple of days ago, haven't heard a peep. Am I supposed to go somewhere else to download?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Support never responded to my question, but I replied to a different support e-mail, and they basically re-ordered the bootleg for me. Download link appeared in the new order. So, something went wrong the first time, I guess.
