Bootleg Code never used, but says invalid

Any suggestions on how to get this resolved? Copied it straight from the email and continues to say invalid. The Analog member item code worked, but this one is a no go.

    is it expired? all bootleg codes have an expiration date I believe.

    10c helped me out. All is well. Something was wrong with the code sent.
