TM refund

Hi, has anyone managed to get a refund for Toronto night 2 tixs from Ticketmaster? I've contacted them twice by email but haven't heard back. Also, on my TM account there isn't an option to select for a refund.

    You should probably just call them. I requested a refund for another show (not Pearl Jam) because they switched the venues, I got an automated email response saying that they were behind on emails and that they would respond as soon as they can but I didn't need to take any action. Then I received another automated email response a few days later saying that I should respond if I still needed assistance. I was like, wtf so I called them and received the refund immediately. I was put on hold for 20+ minutes though.

    Or you could offer them up here especially if they are good seats.

    If they give you a hard time, ask for their supervisor. Like said above, see if anyone needs them on here, for what you have in them.

    Okay thanks for the info, I'm flying out to Canada today from the UK (at airport now), so will call them when I arrive. Not the greatest seat but not the worst, x1 ticket in section 112 row 19 if anyone's interested. Maybe some time before I can reply as phone will be out of action during the flight.

    We have unfortunately had to shelve our entire Toronto trip as we were booked to leave Toronto Thursday and the flights and the hotel rate for Thursday went thru the roof. I think it's absolutely unacceptable that TM and 10c couldn't mention the fact there was even a minute chance that this show could be postponed. Adding insult to injury, I called TM on a gorgeous Friday night and was first on hold for 20+ minutes, got a person who then said she couldn't provide a refund for a Canadian show this despite using the number they provided. It was back on hold for another 20 minutes and all the while I had the phone on speaker listening to 3 of the shittiest songs I've ever heard in my life over and over again. No matter how low you adjusted the volume it just blared out. Finally though around the 45 minute mark I got a guy who was able to complete the refund process. He couldn't provide a confirm email but I got his name. The TM NUMBER I called was1-855-985-4357. I believe the weekday hours are 9-9 local time. Given what Suziemay and you experienced by email and long phone wait just confirms what absolute bullshit and completely unacceptable this process is.

    Thanks for the info Dan. Yeah I feel your frustration, I've just flown in from the UK and if I knew that the shows could be affected by the playoffs, ID have definitely booked an extra day or two. I also asked the airline how much to come back a day late, it was something stupid like £800. Cheers, I'll give TM a call tomorrow.
