    Could it be as simple as they're loading everyone's download of the holiday single? Wouldn't think that would take all day, but I'm hardly technical, lol.

    No. They have always been able to do that smoothly.
    Couod it be that there was simply an IT problem? It happens. ;) I would love for it to be something cool, but for a band's website to be totally down in the middle of a tour, on a show night, is likely not on purpose.
