    Well, it could work I guess if the 10c member picks up the tickets and then hands them over to the winning bidder, but that sure isn't stated in the auction, besides the fact that it's against 10c policy. You could notify 10c or ebay I suppose. :)

    looks to me like the seller himself has been scammed by a tout internet site for some tickets that don't even exist

    and he thinks he's getting them in the post.. so he puts them on ebay.. and then both he and the winning bidder get scammed

    Someone should bid 3 grand or something to stop the sale going through.

    I e-mailed ebay because that it just wrong... some poor sucker spent over £400 for these tix that are non existent..... :(

    if he/she can pay £400 for a pair of tickets, he's not poor!

    besides I'd say that anyone who encourages the touts by giving in to them gets what they deserve when they get screwed.

    if enough do (get screwed), word will get around and those eBay twats might stop selling (and then most importantly buying the tickets in the first place so someone who's going to use it will be able to instead).
