Anyone get this in their email? Oh so generous settlement, and the monopoly continues...

    What did they give you?

I haven't received anything yet, been awaiting this sham to play out. Got notified 2 yrs ago and haven't seen the resolution. From what the original email said folks could get $2.25 credit for each order up to 17 orders between 1999 and 2013. So I figure I have a whopping $38.25 in TM credit coming my way.
    Tis a big joke.

Yeah, got the e-mail. Apparently you need to wait until June 18th or thereabouts to see what windfall you receive.

Class action lawsuits aren't generally worth it. The settlement gets divided by so many people they usually end up being peanuts. I never both to registered for them. The real winners are usually the lawyers. That's years and year and years of billable work for a law firm.
