a friend got to Penn Station around 1240pm and got a poster within 35 minutes [he had to wait on 2 lines, as they have 4 merch stands with separate lines and the 1st one sold out of posters].

they opened the booths well before 1pm today it seems to deal with the line of people - i talked to a few people coming out who got there between 6 and 8am. [i got there around 12pm and saw the line and bailed]

anyway, thought this might be helpful if anyone is reading this and plotting their poster strategy for tomorrow.

I saw a rumor a couple weeks back that they were gonna open with Ghostbusters at one of the NYC shows. How amazing would that be?

Today is the birthday of RAY PARKER JR!

    Let's do this!!!

People, please don't tease the setlist! The some folks in the crowd read it during the show and the spoilers spread like wildfire. Knowing 10 as about to be played in PHL2 because people were talking about took away some of the fun.

You heard that at the show?
That sucks. People suck. Especially Pearl Jam fans sometimes
Happened to me at Brooklyn in 2013. I made the mistake of checking out the setlist thread and someone was tipping the set all night long (i read it long enough to see that Oceans was coming up in the encores).

The poster's cool, but not half as good as PHL2 - both sides of that were amazing. And PHL1 is pretty nice - guitar (that looks just like mine), crow head musician, skyline.

The owl's nice, but I'll wait for tomorrow night (I don't even have a ticket for tonight's show...yet!).

And I'm pretty underwhelmed by the city specific t shirts. Philly had a liberty bell (yawn) and an americna flag/star guitar thing...tonight there's an apple with lightning bolt, a bit too reminiscent of Global citizens fest. There's so much to NYC - give the big apple stuff a rest! :)

I think they opened with Corduroy at MSG before, so maybe they won't this time?

First Pennsy played Plush, now they're playing Heart Shaped Box. I feel trolled.
