Ottawa Mothers' Day request...
...for "Skipping," please. Now, I know that this is an EV song, not a PJ song, but the sentiment behind it is beautiful and perfect - are there any parents out there who don't tear up when they hear this song? Not to mention the fact that it was released as part of a compilation to raise funds for Every Mother Counts, a very noble non-profit striving to ensure safe pregnancies and deliveries for women worldwide. Playing this song would be a fantastic tribute to every mother, everywhere.
For what it's worth, I asked my little ones (who will NOT be in attendance at the show) which PJ song they'd like to hear most, and they were insistent that the band MUST play "Let it Go" from the movie "Frozen" - yikes...they're 5 and 3, but I clearly have to make their musical education much more of a priority!
