    wow that sucks

I left at 2pm. Went and asked one of the workers on the way out and they said another 30 - 45 minutes. Not my kind of scene.

I just want some stickers... hopefully plenty will be inside

Maybe they are doing this to deter people from lining up earlier and earlier at every show? There really is no need for a merch line at 9am while most people are working

One can only hope...hate the merch truck being outside all day.

I don't understand the point of the merch truck. Just get inside when the doors open.

Only makes sense to put your poster back in your car and then not worry about it.

I bought a Lexington button on Ebay for $15. Did not waste a second in line. I'd rather have 3 hours than $13.

Yea, Um,......Yea.....I learned if I can snag a shirt from philly or NY off eBay and wait for posters to hit the site no sense in wasting my time getting a buzz.

Merch lines in San Diego and LA are in and out no problem. It's these east coast shows that are a major pain in the ass. As I see it ... this is my first east coast show.

It would be nice to put the poster back in the car, but I just don't get waiting in line all day to buy something that you can get inside pretty easily if you get there when the doors open. Plus they now sell tubes so the poster is protected, it's not like in the past when you had to take care of it during the show. And if you don't feel like holding a tube, then you can get one with a strap on it for like $10 at Michaels.

Waiting at the doors is not always guaranteed either. The pins pretty much sold out right away in Lexington. You still should probably devote an hour waiting outside the doors.
