I have 1 seat in section 213 row 5 for night 1 & 1 seat in sec 114 row 11 night 2. Asking face for the pair which is $210. Some of my best friends I've met through PJ and this fanclub. I've had some great luck on the forum the last 2 weeks finding last minute seats for the show so wanna spread the love to another.

Please just respond to the post with your favorite PJ song and why you need the tickets. Also you can add something nice someone else from the forum has done for you in the past, I'll pick tonight.

Take care and spread the love
Robley

Good guy here (we met at PJ20). I would jump on this and grab singles even though we need a pair for night 1, but I'll let someone who actually needs singles get them. Hope it works out for everyone who wants to go.
Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

Hey Rob, one of my favorite PJ song is ½ Full. Why I need those tix is obvious, to live the love, but more important of all, I'm realizing a dream to see PJ live in MSG. I'm driving from Montreal, Canada, and I have been trying to secure MSG 1 ticket for a month now, always seem to be shorthanded in time :) Maybe you'll be my lucky pick :) Thanks !!

Past experience : I'm into vinyl, and once I requested on the forum if anyone had to sell Album LPs. It turned that a fellow jammer sent me for free (and insisted) Yield and Vitalogy original 1st press sealed. I was so surprised (my first trade ever on the TC), that I had to pay forward, so I gave to another fan looking for vinyl 2 limited numbered edition of Nothing as it Seems and Light Years. Our community is so awesome!!

PS: And of course, I'm traveling solo, and attending solo, so I need singles :D

    Hey Robley,

Would love to get the 5/2 ticket, I'd rather not pay up the butt on StubHub. Favorite PJ Song is Long Road. I'd love the ticket because I've only seen PJ live once (Milwaukee 2014) and would die to see them at MSG. Thanks, man.

    Hey Robley,

How much for your N1 ticket alone? Favorite PJ song is In Hiding. I've only seen them in Hartford '13 and I was lucky enough to win the draft for N2 tickets but my friends are also going to N1 as well so I guess that's why I would love the ticket! Peace homie!

Would absolutely love the 5/2 ticket! I've met so many great people through this fan club as well, it's such a great community of people! I got lucky with a last minute schedule change for work so I'll be flying in from LA on a hope and a prayer that I'll be able to find a ticket! There's no way I could pick a favorite song, that's like Sophie's choice lol.

Eeriepadave needs a ticket for night 1.

Why sell it to him? Because he is a good guy, who has been on this board forever.

Something nice? I GAVE away 2 free tickets for the last shows in NY. I am giving away 4 free tickets to the Wrigley shows this year.

    So there.
    Eeriepadave is a nice guy.

    Hi Robley,

Very cool that you're doing this (and doing it in this manner).

Favorite PJ song - man, that's tough. Too many to choose. But if I had to pick one, I'd choose Do the Evolution - it rocks so hard, it speaks to all of the issues that I care about - humanity, the earth, the angels/devils on our shoulders - and I NEVER get tired of hearing it, live or on record. And it's a PJ song I can actually play well on guitar!

Why I need tickets (beyond the obvious): - either one or both.

I've been listening to MSG night 2 2010 all day (The End is playing as I write this). This was the night my love of PJ was reawakened. I'd only seen them once up to that point, over a decade before in Camden. I kept listening to them, but between not having rides to shows in Boston or being out of the country (during the insane 3 nights in Massachusetts), I missed out on some great tours. Then 2010 came and I made my way to MSG with fingers firmly crossed. I got in the cancellation line, which was chaotic, to put it lightly, and a dead end. I didn't know where to go or what to do. Suddenly, I see this group of 4 teens looking pretty upset. So I asked them if they were OK, and they told me how they bought 4 tickets on the street and 3 were fake. None of them wanted to take the only good ticket and leave their friends behind and they offered to sell me it, so one of them escorted me to the scanners inside (fool me once...) and he was so distracted, he forgot to ask for the money, but I called him back and gave it to him. I ran faster than I thought possible, walking into the arena as Hail, Hail (one of my other favorites) began. I was way back yet felt so connected to the band, the fans, everyone. It was so moving. Next to me was a guy and his girlfriend - he was a 10C member for sure, telling me he'd been to over 100 shows. His girlfriend was treating him for his birthday, which I thought was sweet until she proceeded to trash the band to me during the show for almost 10 minutes. (She preferred STP...). I looked at him and could tell that he didn't know what to do, so I jumped on that grenade and let her rant on about them so he could enjoy his show. He thanked me with his smile and energy and once she sat down, we rocked out together for 2+ hours. It was one of my all-time best concert experiences and I haven't seen the band there since, and I would very much like to meet more fans, hear more songs, and return to the place that reignited my live love affair with Pearl Jam.

    Fanclub kindness:

I've met a lot of great fans over the years...one story:
I needed BK tickets last tour and had a friend (who I met at MIA) coming in who had a single. We wanted to sit together and I met a guy who had a pair and only needed a single. At first he wanted to sell me the single but after explaining the situation, he agreed to take my friend's ticket...the catch? I didn't have it...yet. Since it was a printout, I was able to get online, download the PDF, etc. He was so patient and amazing - we walked from Barclays to my house to get download the ticket and put it on a USB, then we walked to Staples to print out the ticket (my friend was coming from Philly and I didn't want this guy to be waiting). He was so trusting and gracious and positive about the whole experience - not only did everything work out, but we had a really enjoyful walk-n-talk through Brooklyn that day. He made our day/night!

Thanks either way - it was nice to sit here and remember the good times I've had and the good people I've met.
  • Ok after reading through the posts I've decided to split up the tickets and give 2 good PJ fans one show each. Deweil I love your passion and love for the band I'll pm you and you can pick which ticket you want.
