Pearl Jam's official bootleg program was begun for the band's 2000 Binaural Tour. 72 of the "bootlegs" were released to stores in three waves in late 2000 and early 2001, with the 25 European bootlegs coming first. Every show was released in a cardboard sleeve containing two CDs, with the exception of the 72nd and final show on the tour, November 6, 2000 at KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.
There's a remastered video of 92 on YouTube but I think the original is still better.
I guess that's the real question. What's the source of the YouTube version? I ask because there are clearly cameras on the stage.
I think the source was the TV broadcast. I'm pretty sure PinkPop 92 was broadcast live on TV in Holland.

Part of the show was broadcast, not the full show. That's the 30(?)-minute segment that can be found on YouTube and some other sites. As for audio, Deep, Why Go and Alive were released on the Oceans single (as has been mentioned before). And the radio broadcast also included Pulled Up/Rockin' In The Free World (plus Alive I believe). Seeing that footage on TV that night was what made me a fan!
