Uma restaurant, Barcelona (Pearl Jam related)

Just took my girlfriend to a restaurant called Uma in Barcelona - currently one of the top restaurants in the city. He had a wall of quotes in the back and I noticed one was "Amongst the Waves". When I walked back, I noticed tons were Pearl Jam! I spoke to the chef and his wife (Iker and Anna), both of whom are diehard Pearl Jam fans! His current tasting menu was even called No Code. I felt like I belonged to a special club, understanding his cryptic allusions to our mutual addiction written all over the meal. Once again, food and music are still the reigning champions as the universal unifiers in life!

    Cool. My brother lives there. Going to see Neil play there in June. I'll check it out.

    Pap - no PJ playing, just some great 40s to late 60s Jazz! Eddie - definitely worth doing. You'll need to book in advance as they hold about 12 people, and make sure you have 2.5-3 hours to spare, as it's a 12-14 course meal. Pretty extraordinary stuff.
