Hey Pearl Jam, could you not have cancelled the show more than 48 hours before hand!?

I'm disappointed the show is cancelled, it was going to be my first of this leg, but 100% understand and support the issue at hand.

I do not, however, support the fact they did this 48 hours before the show. Bruce cancelled on the 8th...that's 10 days ago! Even if you guys took a few days to discuss, digest, work out the logistics, you could have done this a week ago! Dick move by the band this late in the game. This band has had their fans back for two and a half decades, but today I've lost a serious amount of respect for the way this is going down.

    it does suck to do it this close, leads me to believe the band was not in unison on this and it came down to a last minute push by someone.

    Yeah. And someone in the band should have said, "hey guys, we waited too long on this one. we can't cancel but can make a statement and donate proceeds."

    But instead, "whether we cancel a week out or two days out, it won't matter to us as a band, just more money out of the pocket of our fans if we wait. Let's table this decision until next week, because if they change the law in a few days there is still a chance we can get paid."
