Brazil’s lower house of Congress votes to impeach President Dilma Rousseff

My step daughter is in Brazil and went to Sao Paulo today (though not Brasilia, the capitol of Brazil) while this was going down and tells us it was a wild scene!

I'm also guessing this hasn't helped Rousseff much:
"Lawmakers voting for impeachment concentrated on attacking corruption and Rousseff’s economic record in 10-second speeches that were screamed as often as they were spoken."
