    I was there, and there were no cameras. So, I guarantee there will be no DVD. As for the CD, I would be surprised as well.

    I do not think there will be a boot or dvd. There were some cameras off state, but I only saw one.

    I was at the show on Mike's side, and I can say with 100% certainty that there was at least one person video recording the show on the side stage behind Stone.

    There would've been cameras everywhere if this was being considered for release.
