Periscope advice please!

Hey everyone - heartbroken, as I had to release my Ten Club Jacksonville tix back to the club yesterday after an unexpected issue. Hoping that someone may reap the benefits of an unexpected GA pair of tickets as a result. I am desperate to still experience this show, and want to try periscope. Never done it - can someone tell me how to do it? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    1. hangout in setlist thread and wait for people to post links
    2. enjoy couch tour

    OR

    1. download app/create account
    2. go to the globe icon which is the map page
    3. zoom in on jacksonville during showtime and click the red dot with the number. all the streams from the area will pop up, scroll down and pick the pearl jam streams IF people are streaming (which a few have been doing the last few shows, fingers crossed it continues)
    4. enjoy couch tour

    also once you are on periscope if you click on the persons avatar there will be an option to follow, like on twitter, and then every otime they start a stream you can be alerted and go to your page of people you follow to keep track of them all. good luck, it's pretty easy, and it's a great app, enjoy!

    Pretty easy, I used it for the first time on Monday. Just go to the Jacksonville Setlist thread. Good fans will post links to their periscope cast. Just press the link and that is it. Just make sur to download the app on your phone or tablet. It's a pretty cool exprericne. You will need to go back and look for new links at some point. Cant expect anyone to cast the full show. Just hoping someone with good seats will have a good connection. Good luck.

    does anyone know why the video is so rough? Just curious because 99.9 percent of phones have very high quality videos, but all the Periscope footage I've seen so far is very hit and miss at best. I'm not bitching, the audio has been VERY good.

    Kinda same reason why can't text hi def video, file size. I look for the best sound which I find to be scoped from behind the stage.

    Anyone know how to create a link if you find a good feed? I want to be able to send from my phone to computer so I get a bigger screen. I only have the app on my phone. Appreciate the advice. Loving this periscope. Night Two should be much better.

    Says share broadcast under either twitter or copy link options.

    i usually check their screen name on their profile page which is their twitter handle, then go to their twitter page and most people have it set for when they stream that it posts the link to their twitter. then there will will be a link there, or a video screen of their stream which you can click and it will take you to their stream on the periscope site on your computer

    I assume it's unchangeable and depends on the person streaming, but I've been streaming nowherescope's channel on Roku through parascope and all or most are sideways on my TV. On my phone or iPad you can just turn your phone of course, but the TV you can't..... Am
    I just stuck with the vertical sideways image?

    i think there is a setting for that if it doesn't do it automatically, check all your options if you can, good luck

    I have the same problem with the nowherescope on roku. I am trying to figure out how to fix it! !
