Newb Question: Transferring 10c Tickets?

I bought 10c tickets for the show in Ottawa but now I can't make it...when I read the ticket policy it says tickets are not transferrable, am I missing something? Is there no way to sell ten club tickets to another ten club member?
These are my first 10c ticket purchases so I'm not familiar with the process or policy other than what I've just read on the site. any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    You have to physically be present to pick up the tickets at the box office in Ottawa in order to sell them to someone on site.

    Another fan will end up with them when the 10c sells them to another fan after you don't pick them up.

    You mean "donates" them to another fan in need. I thought they gave them to veterans and stuff like that. Or if they're reserved, they use them to move up people from the nosebleeds.
