I'm 70xxx and received section 109. I've never seen any show from that angle. How is the view? The sound? And of course I'm not complaining

I might want to trade for GA. PM if interested.

  • It sort of depends on your row. No matter what, you'll see the band b/c they don't have much blocking the view. Looking at the seating chart for MSG, if you're seats are closer to Suite 53, so farther up and back, it can look weird. Sound wasn't an issue for me.

It looks like my "same ol' friend" won't be able to attend, so I wouldn't mind doing GA

I'm also 70,xxx. And I have seats in 115, which is the corresponding section on the other side. 115 and 109 are partly in front of the stage and partly behind. It looks like they took 10C seats only from the front half of the section on either side. While I'm also a little higher than normal, they are excellent seats at MSG.
  • You and I have around the same Ten Club number and I had roughly these seats at Hartford in 2013. I actually thought they were excellent. I enjoyed the perspective of being able to see all the band members and the pit at the same time. And the sound was great.

I'll be at MSG night 1 hoping that I get seats near yours.

I know this will piss some people off, but you are lucky member to get Mike's side! Totally different show from that side

Friends, flying in from Mpls and without a ticket for MSG2. Please consider me for your extra GA ticket or 10c reserved seat. I can't be in the city that never sleeps without seeing my boys blaze the garden. Please help me out! Thanks!

thanks for the info. I think I'm in row 11 closer to the left.

If you're row 11 and say seats 1-6 you're going to really dig it. If you're seats 12 plus it may be a little too side stage but still not bad, pj's stage setup at MSG is usually deeper than most so you still may be in front of the performers instead of staring at stones obliques or slightly nehind them. Msg has so many season subscribers and suites and insiders on the bottom five rows side stage it will be difficult to get much closer unfortunately. I think with msg being an oval, and the whole stage being open you'll be happy with the view and the sound should be great too
