10c Reserved - Tampa Free

I have a pair of 10c tickets for tonight in Tampa i will not be able to use. I cannot get down to the box office as I have to leave town unexpectedly. I would hate the tickets to go unused. I know under the policy I should have to pick them up in person, but given i cannot, am I able to donate them for someone else to use? Not looking for a refund, or to sell, just want someone to use them. Anyone know if there is a precedent here?
