MSG 1 tickets

I'm coming over to New York from the UK for my first over seas PJ show (MSG2)
I would like to go to MSG1 if I can't get a ticket from a ten club member, what's the chance of getting one from a ticket tout. I've got 6 PJ gigs under my belt, looking forward to No.7, but would really really love to make it 8.
Any advice on the tout situation in New York would be appreciated.
Thanks Ian.

Not to be trusted, unless you can somehow get them to come with you to get your ticket scanned to go in before you hand them cash. You should try Stub Hub or getting a regular ticket from a fan off the boards if you can't score a 10c ticket. I've heard so many stories of people getting fake tickets from scalpers right outside the venue.

I'd hate to say It but if you can't sco re one here, you're better off paying 200 bucks on stubhub and know you're getting in than paying 200 outside with a worse than 50-50 chance of getting a real ticket. Be Rey careful out there.

Try ebay as well. A lot of the sellers have a make an offer option and you can haggle them down. Or even send a pm to them with what you are willing to pay. You may be able to negotiate a good price.
