Well the dude turned a hefty profit on a Palm Beach mansion he bought out of foreclosure. He paid $41 million, renovated it then sold to a Russian billionaire for $95 million and now the mansion is a tear down. The mansion is less than 30 years old.....only the Don.

and the other candidates are ?......let me rephrase that, and the politician's of this country are ?
it seems that half the voting population is looking for a president that will take care of them (housing, food, money etc.) and that gravy train has bought votes for so long that it's become the cost of doing business for Politian's and so for generations of welfare recipient's that's all they know.

I have a feeling Trump may rewrite the book on that game plan.

PGA 1st time winner (and 38 year old) Jim Herman won the Houston open yesterday. He used to work as a pro at Trump's golf course because he didn't have the money to play on tour. Trump saw his potential and bankrolled him. I guess that is a nice story.

    Hilarious!
Another of my faves was when Rod Blagojevich ditched his team project completely to go outside on the streets to basically try and convince random people he's a good guy and not a scumbag about to go to prison for corruption.
