I was hoping they under-promise, over-deliver0

Yeah, I saw quite a few misprints when I went thru the tent. There was one missing the black ink; everything that is supposed to be black was reddish brown. This one here appears to be missing green & maroon.PP193448 said:So I was very curious about the poster link above, and just got email response from Faile that that poster is actually a misprint, missing a color, and NOT a variant.

If anyone wants to unload a regular Faile Ap when they finally come, I have managed to collect all the other APs, and need that one. I have a regular show to trade if interested. Thanks0

Can't say how many were damaged. But from a couple people who received theirs damaged, all the variants were sent out, and no extras were available for replacement damaged ones. So, if you bought it off the secondary market, they should have received it already, damaged or not.JH306068 said:How many of the Thomas Variants came damaged? And with his South America '15 poster. Tom Whalen also ships his prints like that too.EM194007 said:

Many galleries and artists will tell you that technically that's the proper way to roll a screen print since it is not putting as much pressure on the inks, whereas rolling image-side in is crushing the inks together. Rolling it image-side out also prevents the possibility of the bottom edge of the print or kraft paper from rubbing against the print and scuffing it. If the image is on the outside of the roll, that can't happen.demetrios said:

I personally don't care either way. Both are acceptable, but use tissue paper to cover the image if rolling image-in to prevent scuffing.Uniondale, NY 04/30/03 - Camden, NJ 07/05/03 - MSG 07/08/03 - Reading, PA 10/01/04 - Philly 10/03/05 - Ed Sullivan Theatre 05/04/06 - MSG 06/25/08 - MSG 05/21/10 - NYC (EV solo) 06/21/11 - Montreal 09/07/11 - Brooklyn 10/18/13 - Central Park 09/26/15 - Philly 04/29/16 - MSG 05/01/16 - MSG 05/02/16 - Fenway 08/05/16 - Fenway 09/02/18 - Fenway 09/04/180 -

Lucky, my reg landed yesterday damaged.. His shipping sucks.. 2 pieces of craft overlapping, rather than 1 piece. Shifted around in the tube and one side is crushed. Luckily I got a response this morning that he would replace. So, it seems he has some extra's of the regs this time.madtowndave said:Arrived WI minty fresh! That sucks it arrived damaged. Good to hear he has a replacement for you. With him sending out 300 of them, hope he doesn't have as much trouble with these as the variants. I feel bad for Steve, but, I've never seen so many issues from shipping a poster/print ever. It isn't rocket science to ship them.Radioactive_Toy said:

Regular AP arrived today damaged a bit. It has a crease on top edge, dead middle about 1.5 inches long.
You guys say you've had luck with replacements?Atlanta 2003
