"I NEED ONE" SIGN

I need a single for MSG 1&2... anybody ever have any luck goin to a show day of ticketless with a sign or callin/askin to see if there was anybody who has an available extra? stubhub is insane. thinkin about holding out and trying my luck and worse comes to worse just buying the cheapest seat on the hub on my way in the door.... any tips would be great

    of course. i just wanna be there for less that 150/ticket after fees haha

    ive never been to msg so just being there would be a bucket list weekend for me lol

    I got screwed and lucky at the same time. Lost my patience and bought a 200 level side stage ticket on Stubhub for $274 (after fees) and a week later scored one when TM had a drop in a better seat. I know the feeling!

    tm now has text alerts for tickets so i signed up for that too

    In 2000 London, UK - both shows sold out, I scored GA to the 2nd but got shut out of the 1st.
    Went to the venue anyway & got GIVEN a ticket by some fans whose mate hadn't turned up 15 mins into PJ's set.

    Also I got lucky in '98 at the sold out Wellington, NZ gig.
    I had some pretty ordinary seats and unexpectedly score some last minute GA door sales at the venue, so passed my tickets on to another fan (face) who had no tickets.

    If you can be there the chances of getting in the door increase significantly.
    There will be fans there who get stuck with tickets for various reasons and will sell for face.
    I did with my spare single at MSG2 2010 which ended up going to a 10c.

    Careful of fakes at MSG. I've seen so many people get burned by them there. The extra $40-50 is worth knowing your ticket is real IMO

    When I was younger I would never have tickets and would drive 3 hours or more to see shows and never did I not get tickets.....I would go for it!! Get there early and ask everyone
    Cant buy what i want cause its free....
