What it will say though is the time will call opens (usually early afternoon around 2:00pm) and to bring an ID matching the name on the Ten Club account. Seats are pre-determined so you don't need arrive early.
There could be special instructions of where to pick-up tickets but that would probably be NYC only. It think sometimes they had the pick-up at a different location for NYC due to the number of fan club tickets.
