Curious about Jacksonville

So I have been looking at the roll calls to all of the shows and was curious about ones that have had a small amount of replies. For instance, Jacksonville only has had three pages while other non-sold out shows like Lexington, Columbia, Raleigh have had significantly more replies. Any thoughts on how the "less attended or not so popular shows" turn out? (I.e.fan club presence, song choice/set list, energy). I went to Charlottesville in '13 and it seemed to me that it was one of the best for that tour.
