true story here... I don't even know how, but I realized years ago that I had 2 memberships, 248541 and 256, something.... no idea how it happened. I was getting multiple copies of the newsletters, etc... I contacted the 10c because I didn't want them to realize it and think it was intentional and revoke both. I often wonder if I should have shut the fuck up about it...

I'm not going to this show, but I should NOT be scared if my 279xxx gives me reserved seats. I'd most likely be on the side of the pit, maybe towards the back of the pit.

    I like that.

Dont you have to pick 10c tickets up the day of???

ONLY MSG tickets had an option to be mailed because of some law that NY has.
Can anyone from NY explain why this law exists? They also don't allow ticketless entry (where the purchaser uses the credit card they bought the ticket on rather than getting a ticket). Both are ways to circumvent scalpers

    6/26/98 & 6/27/98 - Alpine Valley, 10/9/00 - Allstate Arena - Rosemont, IL 6/18/2003 - United Center, 5/16/2006 - United Center,
5/17/2006 - United Center (7th row center, caught Eddie's pick), 6/29/2006 - Summerfest with Tom Petty,
    8/24/2009 - United Center, 7/19/2013 - Wrigley Field, 10/3/2014 - St Louis, 10/17/2014 - Moline (GA), 10/20/2014 - Milwaukee,

This is the first I've heard of it, so no. I wonder if it's new? Never been given the option to get 10c tix ahead of time before this. I won tix to one of the Barclays shows. There are also ticketless venues like Le Poisson Rouge and City Winery. Do the same rules not apply to them, maybe because they aren't arenas? I also could have sworn that the Radiohead shows at Roseland were ticketless, but since this dumbass gave up tickets to have dinner with her boss instead, I don't remember.

    So many questions!

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I would have hoped that 10c tickets wouldn't go past 107/117 on the wings. I pulled a single in 102 for MSG1 during the public onsale. Maybe because it was a single, but surprised that there are any 10c seats there.

It's possible that they follow Ticketmaster's algorithm to determine what seats are "better" and I think having a view directly in front of the stage is perceived to be better than on the sides next to the stage. However, I would rather sit in 115/109 than 102 and I bet there are no 10c seats there because Ticketmaster flagged them as obstructed view. For Worcester 1, I went to the box office for the ticket drop and asked them what the "best available" was. They offered me seats similar to that 102 section. I pointed at some blacked out sections side stage on her seating chart and she was like, oh yeah, we've got plenty of those!

The rows are uneven seats I think - on the floor seats behind the GA it definitely is, and ALL of those leftover singles were on TM for the general on sale.

So, basically, it's NY. A lot of our politicians were/are corrupt. They got lobbied or whatever by the industry (because yes, ticket reselling is an actual multi-million dollar industry here) to do things to make it easier on them to resell tickets, because "free market" etc, buuuuuuuuuuuuut then no one in Albany could get Hamilton tickets so now they're changing their minds and just waiting for Cuomo to fuck off so that they can pass the repeal of the repeal and legalize paperless tickets. yay politics!

These are two powerless minority members of the Senate. There is 0% chance that they get a hearing or a bill into committe. There is also very little support in theAssembly to change the ticket business. It's a legitimate business though infuriating. There is more support at the federal and state levels to crack down on the more back alley ways of getting tix before they go on sale, bots , etc.

Very nice! It appears they filled the lower bowl and then the highest 10c got the back floor! I'd much prefer to be lowers than all the way back on an in flat floor!

    Thanks 10C!!!

Dead center lower bowl at MSG are bad seats now?

You get a much better view of the lighting rig from that spot which enhances the experience. Being in GA or side stage you don't really benefit from that aspect of the performance (not that it is a big deal). It is cool though to get the full effect of the lighting sometimes.

At face value, there is no problem with your memberships. I was referring to people who have multiple memberships to take advantage of getting GA tickets.
