Australian Limited Edition Tour Posters

Hey all....

Can anyone tell me where or how they found out there was like 450 printed for each of the Australian shows?

I bought one from last nights show in Melbourne!! Not that i intend on selling it on ebay... I bought mine purely because i wanted to frame it and have my ticket down underneath the poster to signify the moment :) Last time i saw pearl jam i didnt have money for merch and this year i did.

Also if anyone has any great photos from Thursday night 16th nov that they would like to share for me to add a border around my poster i would really appreciate it... As i said a few lines ago, it is for a personal momento so to speak.

    A few of us found our way to this poster shop in St Kilda, where we talked with the manager. All the copying, distributing and designing, it's done from that shop. He says there's no definite number made for each show, but on average it's about 1000. Band takes 200 or so away for private distribution. 10c takes 200 or so away for 10c distribution. He himself hangs on to about 100 to sell from his store. The rest, at 400 or so, is sold at the show.

    Hinny Ive been in contact with that shop as well during the week. He's selling me the whole Australia tour set for $380 Aus. Pretty good I thought. Guitar Girl ya want to google something involving being beyond pale and posters, and take it from there. :)

    sorry for my PM, i re-read your post as soon as i sent it and gave myself a quick slap on the head. I went past there today but they're closed mondays. They had 3 posters in the window though. $35 unframed or $75 ( i think) framed.

    Ha Haaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Got em' . The whole set delivered to my front door in NSW for $400!!!!! Thanks for the tip off. How cool will my walls look now!!!???

    thats pretty fuckin killer!!

    i think i might do the same!!! Framing will be a killer though :s
