Wow, that's a lot of data you processed. I'd love to see your spreadsheet on it. :D

    hartford rocked.
  • Hey Jack -

I counted the encore breaks as songs. Some nights Eddie had witty things to say. So I counted them in my spreadsheet. And to make them consistent over the 70-odd shows it was easier. I hope you can understand that...

  • I love stuff like this!!! I too would love to see your spreadsheet. I can host it if that's a problem for you.
    Baby humpback, baby humpback!
Down the sewer, down the sewer!
  • Great dude,

I'd like to see some cash flow info (per show, per tour...)
    all the expenses and profit.

  • I love this kind of information...it shows how much we do care about those five men...

    thanks for your work!
...can´t wear my mask, your first my last...
  • Thank you for taking a look at the bit and pieces I put together. The spreadsheet is pretty big. But I didn't want to bore you all with the average length of "Alive" over the tour -6:49 - or the average place it had in the set list night in/night out - 23rd. The shortest time of "Alive" was 5:15 in Newcastle when it opened the set and the longest was 8:49 in Leeds the next to last song in the set.

Pearl Jam is an incredible band for their set list selection night after night. I see that as a window in the band's psyche/greatness. Led Zeppelin is the greatest band for me. But they cannot hold a candle to the greatness that is Pearl Jam on tour. I was fortunate to see PJ open for the Smashing Pumpkins and the Red Hot Chili Peppers back in the day. What a show that was! And for me the new disc is something that RHCP could only wish they could do. ...and where is Billy Corgan these days?
