So this is going to be my first time in the pit for one of the shows. I was lucky enough to win the tickets in the drawing for the 4/11 Tampa show. I want to treat this like this will be my only time getting to be this close to the band so are there any tips for getting good position and possibly first row. I really appreciate it!

    RAIL= show up at 7 am and wait all day

    otherwise just show up 45 mins before show time and stroll in to anywhere from 3rd to 8th row, whats the difference. youll be close.

    Show up last...and have a great time in the back of GA with plenty of room...you won't lose your spot either if you need to use the restroom or grab a drink

    This. I've done both. It might be worth it to do the 7a thing just once. Then just saver that experience and check that off your bucket list...
