I'm a big OLP fan, I never realized Matt C played on a couple of their songs from "Spiritual Machines" Such a great album…. Been listening to this for years and never knew it….

No way, I had no idea. Thanks for posting! I loved that album too, and went through a period of a few years where I was obsessed with them :)
  • Yep, filled in while there drummer was recovering. That was the last album they released that I really liked. Happiness, and Spiritual Machines are extremely high on my "All Time" list.

Same here. Loved everything up to and including Gravity! Had no idea Matt played on this album, and two of the best songs to boot!
  • I found SM was like they were trying to be Radiohead. the similarities bothered me. I really liked OLP up until then. after that, they became radio pop. Naveed is a fantastic album.
new album "Cigarettes" out Spring 2025!

    Well said!
Their first two offerings were great!

As soon as Clumsy hit the radio they started to slide.

Yes it was weird how OK Computer and SM came out near each other and sort of had the same theme.
