Is the 1st row and 9th row lotto still in effect?

Just wondering if 10C was still doing the random drawing (for all 10C tickets) to be placed on the 1st or 9th row. So even if you joined last year you'd still have a shot at premium tickets. Or is seating only based on seniority?

    Only one they're doing it for is Fenway, as there's no GA section at those shows.

    Ahh...GA, good point, I didn't think about that being a factor.
