Question about picking up tickets

Hey guys. First time lottery winner here wondering how strict they are re: ticket pick-up. The email I received said only I can pick up my tickets at the box office and that I must have an ID. Unfortunately, I can't go to one of the shows I won tix for so my boyfriend is going with a friend. Will he be able to pick them up?

Thanks, guys. So just out of curiosity, how do people manage all these ticket swaps and sales? They still have to show up the night of the show they're not going to??

Yes. The 10c member who purchased the tickets must be the one to pick them up at will call the afternoon of the show...

People looking to trade probably either have multiple accounts or are going with friends who were also lucky enough to score tickets. Or they're trading singles. Doubt many aren't outright not going to the shows they're trading away tickets for.

If you 100% can't go, I'd notify 10c, that way they can release your tickets and someone else can fill what would otherwise be an empty seat. You wouldn't get your money back but you'd make someone's day.

Hey, first time winner for GA for the Ottawa show! Do I have to get my tickets in the afternoon of the show or can I get them later during the evening before the show!

You can get them any time after the Will Call 10C windows at the venue box office opens, on the day of the show.
