TenClub Rank in Seniority
Hey everyone,
I am curious what is a decent rank in seniority here. I know some have been members since 1991, but there has to be so many that came on later and a good percentage must not renew every year.
In any case, my number is a little over 446,000 and I joined in November of 2008. That sounds really high (like new)!

Where do you find your seniority number?0

It should be on the back of your membership card.kcuf me said:Where do you find your seniority number?

I found the # on my profile page....can't say that I can complain...I have scored great seats to an EV solo show in 2011 and won GA for Wrigley 2013 and Worcester #1 2013.
I do have Reserved Ten Club seats for Wrigley #2 this year too.0 -
yes that is a high number considering, you have little to zero seniority. However, you have just as good a chance of scoring tickets as I do, 111xxx. Did you score tix this year?jp307677 said:Hey everyone,

My number starts with 164 and I consider it ok. There used to be a website where people could plug in their fan club numbers and seat locations for shows (back when the whole arena was reserved seating). My membership seemed to be about 1/3rd of the way down on those lists (1/3rd of 10c members had better seniority than me and 2/3 had worse seniority than me). Not the worst situation to be in but not the best. I think you're pretty good if you're 140 or below. Your laughing if your below 100.
I think Binaural Era members (the first year with seniority) have numbers around 200 to 220. I think anything after the Binaural tour sits towards the back (once they introduced seniority attrition slowed to a crawl, so most of us with decent #'s made sure we renewed, so no one really gained seniority).0 -
I would look at 164 as real good. Honestly, anything below 200 is pretty good, IMO.
Of course, with Philly/MSG/ and the two stadium shows, it'll be hard to tell, because everybody is going to those shows. But I've used my 198 at Boston shows over the years, and have always had a real nice seat (either on the sides near the stage or in the first few rows behind GA)0 -
I've only been to one show since the lottery era using 10c tickets (Vancouver 2013) and it was for GA, so I haven't gotten to see where my reserved tickets would land yet.CantKeepmedown said:I would look at 164 as real good. Honestly, anything below 200 is pretty good, IMO.

Before the lottery the busiest shows I attended were in Seattle. 164xxx got me around row 21 on the floor in '09. That's kind of around the distance I'd rather be in the wings so I can see over people (even at 6'2, the angle (plane?) with the stage gets lower the further back you are, so after row 20, lots of things impede view). At low-demand shows (ahem Vancouver!) my tickets varied. Usually between row 12 and 18 (18 in 2011, but that was probably because there was no Seattle show, so it was busier than usual).
Best tickets I've had were in fluky situations. Seattle I '02 had very few 10c tickets so it was done via lottery, and they didn't allocate on seniority either. Got row 5 dead center. Gorge '05 was also done via lottery (due to limited tickets) but I think it did use seniority, so I ended up row 13 dead center (way better than the tickets I got to the '06 shows where I was 20th(ish) row on the sides). Boise 2000 had almost no fan club members. I had used my tickets for Seattle (it was one pair per tour) so my friend had a new membership and used his for Boise. We got row 6 with a brand new 10c membership..... I've never seen a show before or since with so few fan club members.
In my not so humble opinion 164 gets you decent tickets to low 10c attended shows, and ok tickets to shows where 10c tickets sellout. It's not quite good enough to get you sweet tickets. I never got into the first 10 rows without extenuating circumstances. My tickets have also gotten further back with every tour. For example in Vancouver I had row 13 in 2003, row 15 in 2005 and row 18 in 2011 (Vancouver usually has a lower amount of 10c'ers except for tours where there's no Seattle show).
I guess maybe your right though. I've not experienced reserved in the new ga/reserved hybrid system, so all my experience is before the 2013 tour. I probably sound like an elitest a**hole to anyone that has a 10c number far worse than mine

I'm 305xxx and can never complain about my 10c luck (in never getting shut out of at least one show on every tour that I've entered). Seats have always been decent, and for Eddie Vedder - was in the third row at the Opera House in Boston, and for PJ -- GA floor in Worcester, and randomly getting Row 10 in 2008.2003 Mansfield III

#139XXX usually got me around row 7 for non philly/msg shows (kitchener, toronto 1, 2011, dc). for msg i was usually row 12 or so. I think philly 4 i was somewhere around row 14 but always in the first section on the floor.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0

109xxx would get me anywhere from 1st row to 4th with widespread touring pre 2003. As the number of shows went down and more people traveled, 2006ish, would put me 3 to 7th. For more one off type of shows with the old 1,2, 9, 10th rows lottery, farther back. I think I was 12th and 14th row for the 2 Chicago shows in 2009. Obviously this was all floor seated. Since GA came back in play, 1st few rows in closest wing off of stage has been typical.www.twitter.com/robert_harbin0

150xxx....Went from the second row in 1998, to around 12th row in early- mid 2000's. When they introduced the 4 random rows I bumped back to around 17th, 18th row. Now I go for reserved seats and I have been around the 8th row on Mikes side for the last handful of shows I actually won the lotto to. I have missed out on 3 shows so far in the new lotto system.
