I don't see Hillary thread so I decided to make one. I don't want it to be a strictly smear thread, not my intention. Hoping it can be a good discussion, I know there are a couple Clinton supporters here.
But Check out this video for who's running her campaign.

Hillary is so hugely bought by super PAC/ corporate money and this is so obvious. Any one voting for her surely must know that.

You'd have to be an idiot not to know that. Her list of donors looks like a textbook GOP candidacy.

Her answer makes no sense. This Democratic primary is one big smoke-filled room. Handshake deals, winks and nods mean much more than votes.

I say this as a two time Obama voter who would vote for him a third time if I could: I have never felt more let down by a political party than I do by the Democrats in 2016.

Probably because the super PCAs lobby and push laws through in their favor- like making corporations "people". What a mess!

According to today’s Washington Post, the Democratic National Committee has quietly reversed restrictions banning donations from federal lobbyists and political action committees -- restrictions that were put in place by Barack Obama when he was the Democratic candidate for president in 2008. (The DNC’s sweeping reversal of the previous was confirmed by three Democratic lobbyists who said they have already received solicitations from the DNC.) According to the Post, Hillary Clinton has set up a joint fundraising committee with the DNC and the new rules are likely to provide her with an advantage.

If anyone doesn't know the chairwoman of the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Shultz, (speaking in that video)works solely for the Hillary campaign and has been, while under her chairwoman status, for a while. Only when Bernie recently appeared as a real threat to her "I've got the nomination already" Hillary, and repeatedly asked for more debates and getting nowhere until recently, has the Hillary campaign been remotely nervous of Sanders. Shultz is feeling the heat big time now with her questionable actions as chairwoman. People are demanding her resignation. She is single handedly opening up the corruption behind the DNC. None of this would have happened if Sanders wasn't a threat.

Yeah I know but having any of the republicans winning isn't an option. Still not feeling Bern pulling enough votes. Sooo Hilliary it is. She is experienced and smart and feel will do a good job.

Disagree here. This was always going to happen and was always the plan. The rise of Sanders has just called attention to it. Hillary Clinton was decided upon as the 2016 nominee years ago. That is why the field of challengers never really fleshed out. Clinton is being installed and that was always the plan.

Callen, with all this decptive behavior of people involved with Hillary lately, things are no doubt going to change with public perception of her, causing a shift. It's still so early as well. There is no way to be so sure of anything anymore.

Like you said, Hillary was decided years ago. They didn't think they'd have to overturn a law initiated by Obama if they didn't feel threatened.

I had someone very close to me recently say, "Don't vote for Bernie! Don't ever throw your vote away! Look what happened with Bush and Gore!"

Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but I just don't see that happening again. The younger voters of today are helping build the movement and a lot of us older voters are tired of nothing changing as well. To my way of thinking, Hillary Clinton is "same as it ever was" (thank you, David Byrne!)

Yeah I'm of the opinion that Sanders won't have an issue. We elected Obama twice...the second time easier than the first and at the time of that election (four years ago) everyone was nervous about Obama being able to win again.
