The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

How does that work? Do you go to Night Owl 12 Step meetings? If so and they start early in the morning, I'm afraid I won't make it.

It takes me one day to naturally flip my sleep schedule from normal (with insomnia) to night owl. Obviously being a night owl is my natural state!

In college I stayed up all night, every night. Well, I didn't finish college.
Now I am usually asleep by 12:00. Trying to finish life. :confounded:

If it were up to me I would stay up until 2am watching movies or playing guitar, but I have just found that if I am going to be most efficient at work I need to get in early. Sucks but gotta do it.
  • I stay up til 6am on Fri and Sat nights watching TV then have to adjust to getting up at 6.50am for work again on Monday

Good job, late nighters! If I could get by with 3 hours sleep I would stay up 'til 3 Am and get up at 6. Haven't figured out how to do that yet!

  • If I go to bed before midnight, I wake up at 4am & cannot go back to sleep. So, 2am bedtime it is.
