Virtual Waiting Room

    It doesn't matter. Put me through in less than one minute and tickets still weren't on sale.

    What's nice about tickets.com is that once you get through the Virtual Waiting Room, I find that you can stay there and refresh for at least a few minutes. I had great success for Dead and Company a few days ago with the same method.

    Don't think you should refresh when you're in the waiting room? Isn't that the point....

    Don't refresh while you're IN the waiting room, he said refresh once you're THROUGH it.

    Sorry! Let me clarify. When you're IN the waiting room, it's a queue which automatically refreshes while still maintaining your spot. You should not refresh there. When you're THROUGH the waiting room, if tickets aren't yet on sale, you'll see "Tickets Not Yet Available" or something like that. This is the point where you can actually refresh, and (assuming this goes the way it did for me), you won't have to suffer the waiting room, but right when tickets go on sale, you'll then see the "Buy Tickets" button appear.

    Yep, you refresh the actual ticket page once you're in. I do it for Opening Day tickets all the time.

    To try for better/different seats. Or any seats if it's telling you none are available.

    I'm wondering the same. If anyone does get through it will take them a few minutes to checkout so I'd expect we should start hearing very shortly.
