Sorry all, but I have to put a few of her songs on here. I'm digging this album right now. I looked but there was no thread for it, a few suggestions here and there. I just think this album should be heard more, it's pretty fkn good… BASH ME ALL YOU WANT!! J/k, I just like all kinds of music...

Interesting, I've never heard of her, but I just looked her up and her dad is Rob Schneider.

I'm going to check out her album.

My 5-year-old daughter loves "Exes and Ohs." She sings along to every damn word of that raunchy song.

But then again, I was singing along to every raunchy word of AC/DC and Kiss songs when I was 5, and I turned out OK.

    Right?

I wonder how many people know what the Ohs really are?

Okay, I'm a fan. There are one or two tracks on the album that are a little too poppy for me, but the majority of the album is great. Lots of different sounds on the album - rock, blues, bluegrass, a little country. Good stuff.

I've loved her for a little while now, I'm so happy the world has recently caught on! If anyone is unfamiliar with some of her earlier stuff, check out the songs No One Can Save You and Playing For Keeps!

  • Enjoyed all those songs, definately picking up the album. Anyone that enjoys Elle King might enjoy a new artist named Cam as well (Album - Untamed) Cam is definately on the country spectrum but don't let that scare you, she's really good.

Exes and Ohs was so good I reluctantly bought the album though worried that it would be the only good song. It isn't. Other than maybe two songs I find it to be really strong front to back. I can't remember the name of it but there's a slower song (Track 5?) with banjo/uke that is especially excellent.

I took my kid to see "Cars 3" and the song played at the end sounded like Elle King but we didn't see her name on the credits (easily may have missed it).  Anyone know if she had anything to do with that movie?
