they handle MANY other bands, but this is their first for Pearl Jam, and I expect it to be their last. not because they arent doing a good job (mistakes happen with smaller operations), but because I think they will be sick of Pearl Jam fans.

I foudn this to be funny...though sending the wrong CD is kinda a big deal and shows a lack of detail...makes you wonder abotu the rest of the operation...no?
I don't have a problem with the boots so far.
The packaging is great. the CDs are great quality and the sound is great.
many people are complaining, but this is the first time you can easily hear Jeff's bass on boots...

Yeah, I don't understand all the complaining either. Especially about "sound quality" -- don't people realize they aren't supposed to sound like the studio albums?
Of course I only have three shows -- 'Roo, and both MSGs. Maybe those are the only three that *aren't* fucked up.
everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do
The vast majority of complaints I am reading are regarding there lack of attention to detail such as track list typos on the packaging, The wrong cds being put in other show packaging (The biggest issue of them all mind you). As for the quality, I cannot see the quality being of any issue since I have all the flacs and mp3 and they all sound great to me. Flacs should sound the same as the bootlegs so I don't find much validity in that complaint at all. My West Palm Beach Bootleg cd sounds the exact same as the flacs.
I contacted Kufala, and expressed my anger toward them as far as there shipping and quality, I talked them into shipping me 6 shows for free. But we will see if I recieve them. I will let you all know

Right??? I got the bonnaroo boot and I noticed immediately that I could easily hear Jeff. Jeff was almost inaudible on any other boots.
