All I know is I've talked to atleast 10 people who put in the same exact order as I did and entered the drawing after I did and they all won atleast one and some won both shows while I lost on both. Sorry still bitter! And regardless of what I hear my opinion is that the lottery still needs improvement.Poncier said:
The explanation is in this thread in a few spots, basically night 1 the 1st priority requests exceeded the amount of tickets available. Some folks with night 1 as 1st priority lost, all with priority 2 and beyond lost.Comatose Pilate said:I would just like one question answered. I was under the assumption that initially this lottery system was set up to even the playing field and make it more fair, my question is, how can people be winning both nights to Fenway while others lose both nights?
Night 2 more tickets than 1st priority requests. so some folks were drawn with Priority 2.
2 shows are drawn independent of one another. So if you entered for both and had priority 1 as 8/5, you had a chance to win 0,1 or 2 nights, if you entered both in reverse priority (8/7 1st), you won night 2 but lost night 1.1996: Augusta

Wrigley Night 2 - GA - First time ever drawn for GA after 20+ years. I had chosen all four possibilities for Wrigley and this was my first choice. Completely ecstatic!!Post edited by Artgirlfriend onI found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way - things I had no words for. - Georgia O'Keeffe

Well, based on this, people who chose 8/7/2016 as first choice should win.Wilds said:

Still in limbo, hate this place. Not the 10c just the waiting game
I'm starting to get worried that We am going to go 0-4 on two different memberships. With
Boston 1-2 and Boston 2-1 as our preferences.Post edited by pawlowski1097 on0 -
That sucks. Just for reference, it makes no difference when you enter the lottery. You can enter in the first 5 minutes or the last 5 minutes, it does not matter at all.Comatose Pilate said:

As for the other issues...it seems that Fenway Night 1 was the biggest demand.
So, lets split these 10 people into 2 groups, group A and group B.
Group A put Night 1 as their first preference, and night 2 as 2nd preference.
Group B put night 2 as their 1st preference, and night 1 as their 2nd preference.
So, it would seem that Group B would ALL get their night 2 selections, but not get night 1.
Meanwhile, Group A....only a few would get Night 1, and some would get night 2. Randomly.
If you put Night 1 as your 1st, you could miss out on both.Turn this anger into

Just made a change of plans. Instead of hot ass Chicago in august, I'm going to extend my 4 show Florida run, straight up the east coast. Good thing I only paid 90 bucks for that return flight from Jacksonville to NYC. I was at the last Wrigley show.
the Club gave me lemons, but I made delish lemonade with em.danpursel said:

When you enter the drawing is irrelevant. Anyone who put 8/5 first and 8/7 second possibly could get shut out, win both or just 1 based on the 1st priorities for 8/5 exceeding the 10club allotment.Comatose Pilate said:

It turns out the way to guarantee 1 show was to put 8/7 as 1st priority (but you would not have gotten the 8/5 show that way), but we couldn't know that for sure beforehand unfortunately because the posted odds don't differentiae entry priorities.
And the system is definitely not perfect. But its the best they have right now, demand unfortunately far outweighs supply in certain cities. This weekend we rock Portland0 -
Yes, have yet to hear of anyone losing 8/7 as 1st priority.cutz said:
