Question regarding Merch pricing

Hi there,

Correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm sure someone will! :) - but 10C doesn't allow people to sell 10C tickets for more than face value, but it does condone people selling merch for way above face value. Do I have that right? Just seems a little arbitrary, considering the way people buy posters and shirts/hats/socks, etc at shows in order to flip them in the same way people buy tickets to make a buck. Why is it OK to profit on the merch but not the tickets?

Don't think you have that right.

    From the LD rules:

"You can trade and set a reasonable price here for Pearl Jam memorabilia as long as the item is not available elsewhere on the site.

No flipping* posters, or selling illegal items such as illegal bootlegs from bootleggers, homemade CDs and DVDs, items purchased marked "not for resale", etc.

No auctions are allowed. Links to yours or others' auctions or eBay or stores are not ok."

I'm like an opening band for your mom.
