I was told that the pick order matters - but I can't confirm this anywhere
Meaning...
If I pick Chicago 2 -GA as #1
That has a better shot than someone who picks Chicago 2 - GA as #6

Is this true? Can anyone confirm this? According to what I'm reading it's all random lottery...

Also, does someone only having submitted one pick (only) have a better shot of getting that one pick than say someone who is putting 6 picks for all 6 options?

(I guess they are related questions)
