Regarding speculation on this, I wrote to Crowdrise. Here is the response:

"Thanks so much for reaching out and I can explain everything.

The fundraiser page for Pearl Jam that was up is actually a link that we at CrowdRise set up, and that Pearl Jam had yet to approve, and somehow a blogger found the hidden link and posted it, which is how some people have found it and donated to it. It was definitely not supposed to be live or visible to the public yet, and when we discovered that people were donating to it, we immediately put in further measures to hide it until it is ready to go live.

Please rest assured that we're working tirelessly to get this resolved, so stand by and you should be able to share the links soon."

Yep. That would be pretty great if they did an "Evening with Pearl Jam" show in Atlanta/Nashville this year.

Looks like the pages are down, or aren't ready yet. There was a form to fill out when clicking on each location's tile off the main page.
