I'm thinking of getting one more bootleg, and wondering which bootleg you guys think Ed sounds the best on. thanks

    Honestly I think Newcastle is a bit overrated.
    Go for one of the Italian shows, or Berlin!

    The 2 boots I have (and gigs i've been to) are great & complementary : Paris & Marseille
    Still waiting for a gig in Paris (in a venue not a festival) since 2006...

    I think paris is less than antwerp or berlin (shows I saw last year)

    If your going a boot that sounds great in general get Dublin 2000. It has the best mix of any boot I've heard. The '03 to '06 shows just are too muddy for me.... Maybe all the 2000 shows sound good, but Dublin is the only one i've heard... The kick drum is what makes it... Its really loud; drives everything on.

    the best sound mixings of all the 2006 shows are San Diego and Gorge.....none of the european/australian shows reach their sound quality...

    is there a scientific way how you guys rate these bootlegs? i personally rate the shows i have been to, because i somehow here myself singing with the band on the bootlegs.
    WANTED: Spare ticket of any of the following: Munich, Katowice, Copenhagen, Duesseldorf.

    Listen to TORINO

    Torino has a better sound than Milan. Milan had the best crowd in Europe 2006, but the band definitely is more ON in Torino!

    I've got all of the boots from last year and i've been converted in the past few days to the greatness of the Santa Barbara boot. It really is superb in every way. I'd say that San Diego, the San Fran's, and Dublin also rank highly.
