They're playing the 5th in Quebec, then 2 nights off, Ottawa 8th, assuming TO night 1 becomes 9th and night 2 10th...

I can't see them playing 3 nights in a row. When is the last time that happened?
    Hmm... fair point...

If they ever do do 3 nights in a row, this would be the time I could see them doing it.

    - They already have upset fans over the NC cancellation so might be willing to push through to avoid that again
    - They have 2 days off before Ottawa show
    - Last show for quite a while after the 2nd Toronto show.

I just don't understand why the NBA wouldn't wait one extra day to schedule Game 5. As it stands, the Warriors/Blazers series (which has already started) doesn't have its game 7 until after the Raptors/Heat game 7 is scheduled. And shouldn't they give these two teams a bit of a break? They each just played a grueling seven-game series.

They don't care. And won't adjust even if it's a small adjustment for them.

Just looking at ticket prices, $192 for upper deck! Apparently there were 60 dollar tickets but they must be sold out of those...

Probably no one agrees with me, but I would rather that one team wins Game 1, and the other team wins Game 2, so the waiting and the "what if's" all end.

"Game 5 of the 2nd round playoff series between the Raptors and Heat has been scheduled for May 11. Source with the Raps tells me the Pearl Jam concert is being rescheduled. Don't know the date yet but my guess is May 12. "

Cheapest I've found the past few day's was $168 and that doesn't include any service charges. And those seats are in the up upper bowl. Doubt they will ever drop $60 standing tickets.

Thanks for the update. At least now we know what day it would be moved to, hopefully the series can start off 1-1 so the move is confirmed sooner rather than later.

    No problemo!

Tickets to the game is pretty expensive. No wonder the NBA / ACC would never change the date even though Pearl Jam has the placed booked. ACC & the NBA are making a shit load of money. Sports over music any day.

Insane prices. I'm wondering if all cities in the playoffs have prices like that or if it's just a championship starved Toronto thing

What is Ticketmaster's policy on date changes and refunds? I know it says date subject to change but do they let you get money back or is there just a trade resell option?

Ya, the Leafs and Raptors (and TFC to some extent) are MLSE's bread and butter, especially in the playoffs. No chance they bump a playoff game for any concert.

When The Who was rescheduled for the same reason they offered refunds. Which is likely why there were more empty seats than usual.

The silver lining in this is that I wasn't going to the 2nd night anyway - but watch, now they'll do both Ten and Vs. on the 12th to make up for the inconvenience.
