Been listening to a lot of NIN lately so I was wondering where folks fall on the spectrum of their catalog. So, what's your favorite?

Had a hard time deciding here... love downward spiral, fragile, and with teeth. Had to go with fragile cause its just such a massive album.

It's a hard choice but I went with PHM because it's a classic. I'll never forget the first time I saw the Head Like A Hole video, I still love that song. In fact there's not a bad song on that record.
The Downward Spiral and The Slip are close behind.

But I dig several of them. And i really enjoy Hesitation Marks, actually, whihc has no votes because it's obviously not their best, but still, I was glad to like their latest.

With Teeth is good but can't beat Downward Spiral. The only NIN I never got into is Hesitation Marks.

Gotta go with Mr. Self Destruct/Reptile, etc. I really like the Slip songs, especially live , Discipline, Echoplex, 1,000,000, Letting You, Head Down.... Hesitation Marks, the exception being "copy of a", was not for me.

Fragile for this guy. Followed closely by Broken, Downward Spiral and then PHM.

I actually prefer Fixed. Remix on that is awesome!

PHM is too dated now and I have a hard time listening to anything off that album.

Not The Actual Events is freaking awesome! Definitely harkens back to the Broken, TDS, Fragile years. Such an apt title right now, too.

    Broken [EP]
I went with Broken mainly cause that was the album that really got me into them. Love "Wish" and 'Happiness in Slavery"

Downward Spiral gets my vote. Lucky enough to see it played live in its entirety at the Hollywood Palladium during the Wave Goodbye tour.

I'm torn between WT... The Fragile... and TDS. I want to participate in this poll, but can't make up my mind. What a drag.

With Teeth. I'm a moderate NIN fan and have seen them play live a few times. With Teeth and Pretty Hate Machine are the only two albums I can play front to back and I don't start pressing the skip button :) Even The Downward Spiral has tracks I skip, even though there's also extremely great tracks on that album.

Fragile suffers double album fatigue for me. It's too big/long :)

I picked this cause it's the most fierce!
I love all of them except Hesitation Marks.Fragile is a close second.
Year Zero is epic as well!
Like PJ I can put on a different NIN record for which ever mood I'm in.

    The Fragile
Despite TDS being pretty much MY LIFE from high school years 1994-1998, I had to go with The Fragile on this. It's just simply his masterpiece. The recent instrumental release solidifies that claim.

I've got at least one of every main number. There are various additional releases within some of the numbers that I don't have.

I pulled the trigger on it for this argument (outside of the fact that I'd describe myself as more than moderate as a fan).

The Fragile for me. Reznor's masterpiece for sure. So many good songs. A step above Spiral and Teeth.

    Broken [EP]
Broken, one of the best industrial Albums ever, pure fucking rage.

Downward Spiral, what inception was for movies, this album was for music

However the remixes for downward are even better than the album cuts IMO
