Too late. You would have had to be a member by January 18. States on front page. It isn't to say that you can't enjoy the forum and all of the drama, er, enjoyment it can bring. (It can be a hot mess of crazy. I'm not going to lie.) Membership 10c ticket perk doesn't apply to this set of shows (including the yet to be lotteried Wrigley and Fenway), but it would apply if there were a second leg to this tour.
