I arrived yesterday afternoon and am loving the city so far. Very beautiful scenery and awesome/clean downtown area (unlike my hometown Miami). Barley's taproom pizzeria and the trappe door are two good places to eat and drink.

Anyone interested in Rennaisance/baroque art should definitely hit up the Bob Jones University Museum and Gallery. I'm not religious at all so the fact the museum is at one of the most religiously conservative institutions was a bit creepy to me, but the art collection is excellent and has works from many Italian/Dutch/Flemish masters.

Debating whether to make merch line early or head to the shoeless joe Jackson museum tomorrow morning, which is only open 10-2 on Saturdays.

Can anyone suggest a place to park that is in between the arena and the Carolina Ale House? It's less than a mile walk. It would be nice to park "once" and call it a day. Thanks!

Parking deck at 66 Richardson St. About 1/4 mile from Ale house then 3/4 from arena. Cheap, probably around $5. I'm doing the same thing.

I got it Ed's solo show in Jacksonville in 2012,
and it's INCREDIBLE!!!

I was standing behind the guy on the rail who had the sign up for thumbing my way (for his mom who had passed, I think). Ed came over and looked at it at one point and then a couple of songs later he tagged it in black while looking and pointing to the guy with the sign. Beautiful moment! And to cap it off, Eddie came back later and gave him a tambourine! I just love how this band really seems to care for their fans. Can't wait until tmw!!!

Im walkin in prolly anywhere from 630-8. May go for rail in Lexington, but for sure not in Gville.
