I live at a huge loft complex a mile and a half from downtown. They have a corporate apartment they rent out. It is 2 bed 2 bath loft apartment. Huge open floor plan and lines are included. Fully furnished. Just no shampoo and soap. I just called and it's available on 4/16. It's only 150 for the night. $100 security deposit. Whomever rents it signs the agreement for the night. I have lived here for 4 years and it's a great place. Pool, game room, workout room, grills etc. Let me know if you are interested and super responsible. Can't trash the place that's for sure. I can give you further details. Just trying to help fellow PJ fans. Thanks.

I would also be interested in this if it falls through with the other gentleman. There are just two of us and we are very mellow. Shoot me a PM if it's still available. Thanks so much.

Can't wait for this show, flying in from Houston. Was lucky and got 2 GA tickets. For those who have seen a show here before, how is the sound in this arena?

Others may want to chime in here. I have been two a few shows here. Bruce, The Who, Black Keys....sound quality has always been excellent. Crowds have always been impressive too, especially Bruce, I was pretty blown away after that show (Bruce and crowd).

Now, don't get me wrong...it is no John Paul Jones Arena ala Charlottesville sound quality but it is better than a lot of arenas I've been too.

Also interested in the Corporate apartment ... or if anyone is still looking for a place wants to share a multiroom place/house to reduce costs and share a more festive place - PM me... I Have a couple of ideas. We did this at PJ20 and it worked great ... Made New group of longtime friends...
There are 3 to 5 of us coming down from Asheville ... Fun group but not overly rowdy .... Longtime fans but most of us are over 40 now so after the show mellowness is goodness.

Should be really nice, 70's - low 80's during the day... only thing that could be bad is the pollen in the air that time of year

Worried about the Raleigh crowd. Greenville will be amazing, lot of out-of-towners as it is a Saturday show. Raleigh . . . Mid-week show, hope the crowd is better than expected. I am going to be one of them and do my part.

That's pretty funny!, but I have been caught in the snow in mid April at Mt Rogers, Virginia before and that's not exactly the far North.

"The Masters" is the Super Bowl of golf. If you watch it on television you will see beautiful georgia pines and the awesome colors of spring. The climate in Greenville is similar as it is about an hour or so north of Augusta National. Cool in the morning and high 70s during the day. Except for the pollen from all the blooms, it is pretty much perfect. Falls Park, downtown Greenville, will be spectacular.

any locals with information on on hotels near Haywood Mall? says about 3.4 miles to arena. Clarion inn is one on Orchard Park Drive. Looks like a straight shot down I-285 to arena.

I think the Raleigh crowd will bring it... I think the issue here is that the show is at PNC Arena... I hope Pearl Jam brings in their own security staff or does a hell of a job coaching the security at PNC... I have been to many shows there, and the security guards there are just on a power trip and hardly let people dance or do anything remotely fun... word to the wise, be careful what you do in PNC, I have seen several people practically dragged out of shows by security...

If you really feel that their security staff is that bad, email a Pearl Jam contact. Will it make it up the chain and into action? Likely not, but it's worth a try right?
