Hey guys,

I'm trying to find great versions with outstanding tags...

What comes to my mind now:

Berlin, Pistoia, Marseille 2006 - Black (nice ones, also Ottawa 2005)
Arnhem 2006 - Betterman
Toronto 2006 - I got shit (nice but short teaser of cinnamon girl)
Gorge 2005 - Not for you (It is so beautiful, I shit in my pants)
Dublin, Gorge 2006 - Daughter (It's ok, also the spanish version in Mexico)

Are there any other outstanding versions???

Also other songs that were tagged?

Thanks for help
Ben

Better Man Adelaide 11-21-06 starts with a No Woman, No Cry tag
Not For You - Antwerp '06

just 3 off the top of my head
    Camden 7-5-2003, Camden 7-6-2003, Hershey 7-12-2003, Camden 5-27-2006, Camden 5-28-2006, Lollapalooza 8-5-2007, Camden 6-19-2008, Camden 6-20-2008, New York 6-24-2008, New York 6-25-2008, Mansfield 6-28-2008, Mansfield 6-30-2008
  • "Go" from Dublin in 2000 has a tag that's longer than the song itself - a kind of throbbing drone improv with vocals that have the same melody as "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House, but not the same words. It's pretty fuckin' incredible, esp. for being the last song of the main set, and I don't think many people (who weren't there) know about it

  • I forgot Wishlist/Hard times are over (Cinci I believe)
  • I always loved the tag on Daughter from the Dallas 6-9-03 show. Ed starts the whole "gimme a letter" thing. And I guess he was trying to get us to spell Dallas, but he started with the A, and put the D on at the end, so it was A-L-L-A-S-D, then asks the crowd "What's that spell?" and the crowd is obviously confused. I mean, WHAT does that spell? Then Ed yells "I don't know how to spell!!" He then immediatly goes into a very cool "Of The Girl" tag, just singing the "How he makes his getaway" part over and over.

daughter from Sydney 3 , 2006 has tag of "beds are burning" by midnight oil thats great

daughter -> "Brass In Pocket" from toronto 03 is cool too!

can interstellar overdrive be considered a tag?

Small Town -> "A Sort of Homecoming" by U2...the songs played part of main PJ site will tell ya

    Nagoya 03 - Immortality Improv

theres a 1998 show where My Generation is played in a cool, bluesy way that leads into Porch..cant think of any of these dates right now but maybe it will stir some memories for people!!
  • Sydney I 2006, Black - Ed does the 'we belong together' bit, but with some intense emotion. I get chills every time I listen to it.

Nijmegen 2007, Daughter - triple tag, WMA/Another Brick in the Wall/War, what is it good for? I think it was in that order, unfortunately there isn't a bootleg around fo this show. Or is there?
